Rikki Leigh Willoughby - Producer
She has done some incredible work here at CBH Insurance as a producer for a little over 11 years, and has been awarded Agent of the Month more times than we can count! She and her husband Jacob are locals of Nacogdoches and looking forward to raising their sweet little boy, Emmett, here in this great city! Aside from tackling the insurance industry, Rikki Leigh and Jacob decided to branch out and open the popular Red House Winery in early 2018. Rikki Leigh is such a dedicated and hard worker and devotes her time to helping anyone that she can, and we are very honored to be blessed with her here at CBH!
Betty Crocker Patin - Operations Manager
Betty was born and raised in this cute little town of Nacogdoches and decided a while ago to make it her forever home! She is a graduate of SFASU and worked at the Steen Library & Westminster Presbyterian Church as their Secretary/Financial Secretary before joining us here at CBH in 2002! Betty is our Operations Manager and has been for 17 wonderful years and we are so lucky to have her as she helps to keep our office running smoothly!In her free time, Betty enjoys reading, photography, baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, John, her two sons, and her precious 20 month old granddaughter! She also loves writing poetry and has published quite a few! Thank you Betty for all your wonderful work here at CBH and for being there when we need you! You are a wonderful asset to this company!
Terry Clifton - Sales & Production Manager
This is Terry Clifton! He has graced us with his presences for 18 years at CBH Insurance as our Sales and Production Manager! Terry was born in the great town of Nacogdoches and returned back here as fast as he could 37 years ago! He has a beautiful wife named Tina, 2 wonderful kids, Allyson & Bennet, and 2 precious grand kids, Henry & Meredith (Meri Kate). While Terry is busy within the insurance industry, he makes it a priority to spend time with his family, work in the yard, "try" to play golf and guitar, and works extra hard to keep up with the grand kids! He has been a member of the Central Heights ISD school board for over 13 years and is proud Texas A&M Aggie! Gig Em! We are very honored to have someone with over 29 years of insurance experience working for this amazing company. So if you are looking for someone that has the knowledge, hard work, dedication, and the passion for insurance this is the person you would like to be speaking with!
Sharon Parker - Personal Lines CSR
Wes Jensen - Producer
Wes has been an agent here at CBH Insurance for 5 years and has worked in the industry for over 8! He has also been awarded multiple Agents of Month! He is originally from Nacogdoches, but worked in Tyler for 13 years until he became "home sick" and decided it was time to return back to this great city. Wes has a beautiful wife, Julie, and an amazing daughter, Jordan! And we can not forget to mention their furry family member, a cat named Dagger! In his free time, Wes enjoys hunting and golf, along with being apart of the Fredonia Rotary Club, being the President The Helping House Board, and being apart of the Central Heights School Board. On top of all of that...He is the co-owner of Sages Vintage, which is a custom crush winery here in Nac and is one of only three in the state of Texas! Thank you Wes for being apart of our dream team here at CBH! We would not be where we are with out all your help and dedication!
Jim Shipp - Producer
Jim has been with CBH since 2010 and has been Agent Of The Month numerous times! Before we were blessed with him here at CBH, he lived in Greenville, Tx until he moved to Nac. in 1982 where he worked for Tyson Foods in Tenaha,Tx until joining our great team. He has a beautiful wife, Rene' and 3 wonderful children Jason who works in Florida, Jacob who's a senior at SFA, & Sarahbeth who is a senior at UNT. In his free time he enjoys attending church, hanging with friends and family and playing a couple rounds of golf! Jim you are such a wonderful asset to our company and we hope we get to be around you for a long long time!
Crystal Jones - Receptionist / CSR
When you give us a call at CBH Insurance you are going to be greeted by a very friendly voice, and that voice is Crystal! She joined our team in December 2018 and has loved it ever since. Crystal is originally from Toledo, Ohio but moved to Nacogdoches, Texas as fast as she could 17 years ago! She has a very supportive husband, Jason, and 2 fur babies Lucky & Copley which she loves hanging out with. Crystal also enjoys putting together puzzles, spending time with family, traveling all around with a little photography mixed in! She is so excited to be apart of our CBH Family and learning more and more about the insurance industry. And we are so thankful to have her! Whatever your needs or questions are, Crystal is here to help you with whatever she can!
Haylie Girard - Commercial Lines CSR
Haylie is the newest member of our team and to the insurance business. As her sister-in-law (Rikki Leigh - CBH Producer) introduced her to the industry, she instantly fell in love and got licensed. She has been a part of our team for almost a year now and hasn't looked back. Haylie was born and raised in the small town of Nacogdoches, where she met her husband, Hunter, and decided never to leave. Between working and spending time with her family, Haylie enjoys scrapbooking, calligraphy, designing websites, hanging with her cats (Gizmo & Keekers), and re-watching FRIENDS and Grey's Anatomy. Haylie has been a wonderful addition to our CBH Family and so thankful she decided to join this great industry.
Ron Johnson - Producer
Ron Johnson has been a Producer here at CBH Insurance since 2010 and has been in the insurance business for 24 years. He is originally from Austin, Texas, but decided to make the move to Nacogdoches in 2005. Aside from gradening, traveling, and enjoying art and music, Ron likes to spend a lot of his time with his wife, Bit, and his 3 children, Andrew, Emily and McCall. As Ron is very busy here at CBH, he is apart of a lot of organizations here in Nacogdoches, these include Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Dean's Circle, Film Festival, and many many more! Ron adds such a personal touch to our CBH team and enjoys getting to know his clients on more than an insurance policy bases!
Andy Chapman - Producer
Andy Chapman has been a wonderful member of our team here at CBH Insurance for about 4 years now. He has worked in this industry for over 9 years and is still loving it! He is originally from Kingswood, TX but made the big move to this small town 9 years ago and hasn't looked back. Not only does Andy enjoy making sure everyone's homes and autos are protected financially, he also makes sure they are protected physically. Andy also works as a first responder for the Longview Fire Department for 6 years. Between insurance and putting out fires (literally & figuratively), he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Holley, and their precious kids, Max & Charlotte. Andy is also a very active member at Grace Bible Church here in Nacogdoches, Tx. Thank you Andy for being a wonderful asset to our CBH Team!
